Faculty

Stefan Endres is a seasoned educator, entrepreneur, and linguist with over two decades of experience in language instruction, curriculum development, and organizational leadership. In addition to that, Stefan specializes in teaching German as a Foreign Language (DaF) to a diverse audience, including corporate employees, diplomats, academics, and young professionals. His leadership extends to coordinating multilingual training, marketing, business development, and managing both in-person and online programs.

With a strong academic foundation, Stefan holds a Teacher's Diploma from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, where he specialized in English, geography, and German as a Foreign Language. Additionally, he has held prestigious roles as a lecturer at Technische Universität (TU) Berlin and as an educator at global organizations like the United Nations in Bonn.

With Stefan's international exposure and multilingual skills, speaking fluently in English and proficiently in French, Spanish, Russian, and Turkish, he adds a global perspective to his teaching. His passion for language education and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable addition to the EIIET faculty.We are happy to welcome Stefan Endres to our team and look forward to all he will do to guide and improve our students' language learning journeys.

Faculty

Dr. Engineer Marius Mahougnon AHONON, our esteemed faculty member at eiIET, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our educational institution. With a robust working background, he has served as an assistant lecturer at Ghana Telecom and played a crucial role as the Roaming Coordinator Assistant at Vodafone Ghana. His international experience includes a significant role as the Roaming Coordinator at Etisalat Benin, a distinguished multinational telecommunications company.

Dr. Mahougnon's leadership extends to his tenure as the Registrar of ESCAE University Benin, where he demonstrated outstanding management practices. In addition to his academic roles, he serves as the CEO of AHOMAX TECHS and ESCAE EAGLE VIVIAN INTERNATIONAL, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to technological advancement.

His dedication and modern management practices have earned him numerous accolades, including the Administrator’s Award of Recognition in 2017, the Best Registrar’s Award of the Year in 2018, and the Mascot Man of the Year Award in 2018. Dr. Mahougnon has also been recognized with prestigious awards like the DEFAG Best Administrator Award in 2019, the BIA Leadership Award in 2019, and the FLAGS Management Icon Award in 2019. His commitment to education and leadership excellence is further exemplified by awards such as the Leadership Award in Ibadan in 2020 and the Award of Excellence for Alliance Education Project Affiliation in Germany in 2022.

Academically, Dr. Mahougnon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Network Engineering, both from GTUC Ghana Telecom. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from ESCAE University Benin and a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from the same institution. Dr. Mahougnon's diverse expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the faculty at eiIET, enriching the educational experience for our students.

Amit's corporate trajectory also includes a stint as a Wholesale Account Manager at Sky Telecom Ag from May 2014 to November 2014, demonstrating his strategic acumen in the telecommunications sector. Parallel to his corporate endeavours, Amit is the Owner of Born Free Sp. Z o.o. since August 2009, contributing significantly to the entrepreneurial landscape in Bialystok, Podlaskie, Poland. Additionally, he has served as the Chairman of the Board at AKY Idea Maker since May 2014, providing leadership and strategic direction for an impressive nine years and eight months.
