EIIET is introducing international transfer programmes for students who wish to continue their studies after enrolling in another university. This programme aims to help international students complete their courses and get certified by EIIET, even if they have finished one semester at another university.

Here are the frequently asked questions, along with the recruitment rules and step-by-step procedures you need to follow. Should you have any inquiries, please reach out to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

1Who is eligible to apply for a transfer from another university?

Students currently enrolled at another university who wish to change their university or field of study can apply for a transfer.

2What documents are required for acceptance?

You must provide:

  • A transfer application (template available)
  • A transcript of records verified by the director's office of your current university.

Timeline for Application

The students can transfer anytime after enrolling in their home university. Students must inform the authorities two weeks before, and the transfer process will start within two days. If the student wishes to join EIIET in January, the student must inform the university two weeks before.

The Procedure, Step by Step

Step 1

The applicant must submit the specified documents, which the admission team will review to determine the feasibility of the transfer and the appropriate semester placement. If preliminary approval is granted, the student must present the Director's consent to their current university.

Original documents should be delivered in person to the director's office or sent by mail. Initially, the Director will accept a scanned copy of the transcript of records via email, but the original document must be provided later.

Step 2

The director issues two decisions: the first regarding admission based on the transfer and the second concerning the recognition of prior achievements and any programme discrepancies that need to be addressed.

The student must complete a personal questionnaire, sign two copies of the contract, and take the oath.

Step 3

We send an official request to the current university to forward documents from the student's file. The student is then granted access to the virtual director's office and is provided with a student book number and student ID.
