Mr. Sabin Dhakal is one of the exceptional Digital Leadership professionals and technology experts, and a member of the academic staff, at the European Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology (EIIET). With over 10 years in software engineering, cloud architecture, and engineering, Mr. Dhakal, as a leader in the industry, has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and academic credentials of great value to EIIET.

Mr. Dhakal earned a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunications Engineering from the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, where he also studied advanced telecommunications and network architecture. His master's study and research were quite innovative, resulting in a patent (Application No. 1315027.7 - 1857) regarding service quality indication of applications in IP networks. His Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering at Purbanchal University in Nepal has also greatly contributed to his knowledge and understanding of software and systems design. The varied educational background provides Dhakal with a unique cross-cultural perspective that enhances his teaching.

Mr. Dhakal has also undergone advanced studies as a Digital Leadership & Transformation Specialist at the IU Internationale Hochschule, which has also included studies in change management and strategic technologies. He is a strong advocate of lifelong learning, which is consistent with the values EIIET instills in its students.

His proficiency in technology includes cloud transformation strategies, microservices architecture, full-stack development and infra-structure automation. He has spear-headed several cross-functional engineering teams, using contemporary practices, among them, DevOps and Continuous Delivery Pipelines. His technology leadership approach is characterized by a harmonization of technology and design with excellence and a client-centered approach, including ownership and a culture of improvement.

Outside corporate technology employment, Mr. Dhakal brings entrepreneurial experience as a successful founder and operator of a web application development company. Such entrepreneurial experience helps him create and deliver high-quality technologies innovation and business development learning modules enriched with realities and experiences to students.

Mr. Dhakal’s wide-ranging knowledge of cloud platforms, modern web frameworks, and infrastructure as code tools is advantageous to EIIET. His ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification and Professional Scrum Master Certification are reflections of his long-term commitment to incorporating best industry practices.

His English fluency and high-level German proficiency (B2/C1) mean he can easily navigate EIIET’s multicultural landscape. His dedication to educational excellence and integration of technology continues to motivate students.
