Offered Speciality Subjects
This module takes you into the high-stakes world of executive decision-making. It explores the shift from operational survival to long-term competitive advantage — where leaders no longer just react to the market, they shape it. You will learn to navigate the complexities of global competition, the psychology of market positioning, and the ethics of corporate power in an era where agility and purpose are the ultimate currencies.
You will learn to balance the boldness of a “visionary” with the discipline of a “manager.” From conducting deep-dive industry analyses to executing large-scale organizational pivots, this subject ensures you can lead with both analytical rigor and creative foresight. In a world where market leaders can be disrupted overnight, you will become an expert in building “moats” around your business, ensuring that your organization doesn’t just compete, but thrives in a state of perpetual change.
