- The European Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology GmbH, also known as EIIET, and the student, or just the student, enrolled in any of its educational programmes are parties to these general terms and conditions for the duration of their educational period.
- Educational programmes are those learning resources, events, and/or papers that are made available to the public by EIIET on their website, in other print or digital media, or both.
- Should the legal, case law, or economic circumstances change, these general terms and conditions of business may also be modified. In the event that these general terms and conditions are changed, the student will be notified in advance and given access to the updated version. The student then gets a fair amount of opportunity to object to the modifications. The updated general terms and conditions will take effect if the deadline passes without a result.
- Unavoidable Emergency: The university/institution may substitute online tutorials, live webinars, interactive exercises, online seminars, and similar digital offerings for in-person lectures in the event of an emergency situation that prevents lectures from taking place or in the event that a lecturer becomes ill. It may also make digital textbooks and study materials (such as PDF files) available. In such cases, these actions will be regarded as an equivalent fulfilment of services under the terms of this contract.
- Provider of the educational programme and contract partner are:
European Institution of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology GmbH,
Lessingstra Lessingstraße 79, 13158 Berlin, Germany.
Email: service@eiiet.com
Website: https://eiiet.com - Online registration, written registration via letter or email, and adherence to these general terms and conditions and data protection policies are required for enrollment in the educational programmes provided by EIIET.
- After the application is submitted, a legally binding offer for the relevant educational programme becomes available. Within 14 days, EIIET can accept this offer. An acceptance confirmation is emailed to the concerned party for this reason.
- Acceptance will be deemed to be the latest, even in the absence of explicit acceptance, if EIIET does not announce a written rejection within 14 days of receiving the application.
- The student attests to the legitimacy and accuracy of the documents they have submitted.
- If a student commits an offence, they are not eligible for any offers from EIIET. Educational programmes that have been reserved are cancelled; expenditures previously paid are not available.
- International students are responsible for making sure their residency permit meets the Federal Republic of Germany's residency criteria. If there is or becomes a threat to resident status, EIIET must be informed right away.
At least 50% of the yearly cost of the relevant educational programmes must be paid by the end of the contract. It is feasible to pay the entire annual fee. The only objective of payment is to hold a spot in an educational programme. It is not possible to receive a refund for not participating in the programme.
The remaining annual fees must be paid by the start of the educational programme at the latest, if only half of the amount has been paid. For educational programmes with several years, the cost for the subsequent year must be paid no later than six months following the completion of the previous year's payment.
5.2 International Students
At least 50% of the yearly cost of the relevant education programmes must be paid by the end of the contract. It is feasible to pay the entire annual fee. The only objective of payment is to hold a spot in an instructional programme. It is not possible to receive a refund for not attending the programme.
Students who don't pay according to the terms and conditions stated above won't be allowed to attend the scheduled programme. If a student violates any payment conditions, EIIET retains the right to terminate the contract immediately and bar the student from participating in any of its educational programmes.
