Strategy Manager

Hemand Thakur serves as Strategy Manager at Thakur Consortium GmbH in Berlin, where he supports the Managing Director in strategic, regulatory, and operational decision-making across the group’s institutional portfolio. He also acts as the operational deputy in the Managing Director’s absence, ensuring continuity in daily operations, institutional coordination, and management execution.

In his role, Hemand works across multiple entities and jurisdictions, supporting the development and coordination of education, training, and institutional projects in Germany, France, Malta, Nepal, and international markets. His work involves analysing regulatory requirements, monitoring accreditation developments, coordinating internal processes, and supporting strategic decisions that guide the group’s long-term direction.

The portfolio under Thakur Consortium GmbH includes the European Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology GmbH in Germany, the European Institute of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology SASU in France, UIZ GmbH in Germany, and the European Academy of Advanced Studies in Malta. Apart from Thakur Consortium GmbH, he plays in decision making role for the Faculty of Medicine & Related Health Sciences, Montenegro.

Hemand has played a key role in the reorganisation of the group’s ownership structure into the current holding company model. This included identifying the relevant legal framework, coordinating with external legal and notarial advisors, and supporting the successful completion of the restructuring process.

Through his work, Hemand contributes to institutional development, regulatory alignment, operational continuity, and strategic growth across the group’s education and business activities.
