Dr. Nikola Vukčević is a management academic with expertise in nautical tourism, marina management, and digital transformation. He holds a Doctor of Economic Sciences (PhD) in Management and Digital Transformation from John Naisbitt University / Union – Nikola Tesla University, Belgrade, a Master of Technical Sciences in Electronic Business and Internet Technologies from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, and a Bachelor of Marine Engineering in Maritime Shipping and Management from the Faculty of Maritime Studies, University of Montenegro.

Dr. Vukčević brings experience in academic leadership, quality assurance, and digital learning, and is a certified expert in institutional and programme accreditation. His work has included leading an institution-wide move to the Moodle learning platform, developing undergraduate and master's curricula in Management, Nautical Tourism, Marina Operations, and E-Business, and supervising more than 50 graduate and postgraduate theses. He has also coordinated international research projects and Erasmus+ exchanges, and applies data analysis in the tourism and management sectors. He is a native speaker of Montenegrin, with full professional proficiency in English and working proficiency in Italian. At EIIET, he helps students connect management theory with practice in tourism and digital business.
