Administration and Student Support

Sofiia Shakova brings to EIIET a background in business and administration built across Russia and Italy. She is studying business, sustainability and strategic development at the Università di Firenze, while also pursuing studies in brand management at the University of Business and Design in Moscow, where she built a foundation in marketing, branding and communication strategy. Her academic projects have covered market analysis, brand positioning and promotional strategy development.

Alongside her studies she has worked in both administrative and commercial roles. She spent over two and a half years as an administrator in Moscow, and later worked as assistant to a sales manager at a digital agency, where she gained experience in coordination, communication and teamwork within a professional environment. Having studied abroad in a language that is not her mother tongue, Sofiia understands first-hand what international students navigate when they arrive somewhere new. She speaks Russian, English and Italian, and at EIIET she works in administration and student support.
